A: For sample order, it will be shipped out within 1-3 working days after confirmed the payment. and it takes 7-15 days for RTS products to be delivered. For OEM order, it usually takes 10-15 days after the sample is confirmed and the advance payment is received. The specific delivery time depends on the item and quantity of the order.

Q2.What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually, we accept , T/T, irrevocable LC at sight. For regular orders, terms of payment  :deposit, full payment before delivery the goods.

Q3.What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we adopt neutral carton and kraft paper packaging. If there is special need, we can customize the packaging.

Q4.What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept DDP, EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q5.How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A: Take photos of the problem and send it to us. If it is product damage, you need to determine whether it is caused by the logistics and transportation process or the wrong filling of information during the purchase. If the problem of the product itself is caused by the transportation and filling errors, you should find the corresponding subject's responsibility. If it is the product itself, it will be directly replaced with a new one for you.
